Brandsäkerhet i trapphusen
Om du har saker i trapphuset ta bort dem
För att minska riskerna för brand och underlätta evakuering och
släckning vid brand får lösa föremål inte förvaras i trapphusen.
Det innebär att exempelvis dörrmattor, kartonger, blommor,
cyklar och elsparkcyklar inte får finnas i trapphuset. Lösa
föremål får inte ens tillfälligt placeras i trapphuset. Detta följer
föreningens bestämmelser och rekommendationer från
Myndigheten för samhällsskydd och beredskap (MSB) om
brandsäkerhet i trapphus.

Det enda som får stå i trapphusen är barnvagnsunderreden
(Metallställning, hjul och annat som inte är löstagbart) samt
rullatorer. Dessa får inte stå där de kan försvåra utrymning. De
gamla soprummen (bredvid ingången till trapphusen) ska i
första hand användas för barnvagnar.

Vi ber dig som har saker i trapphusen att ta bort dessa
omgående.

Lösa föremål som finns kvar kommer att tas bort
Då fastighetsägaren har ett ansvar för brandsäkerheten
kommer fastighetsskötaren på uppdrag av styrelsen att ta bort
alla kvarvarande saker i trapphusen med början den 31/1.

Insamlade saker kan återfås från förvaltaren som har
expeditionstid på onsdagar jämna veckor 08:00-09:00 inom tre
månader.

Fire safety in the stairwell
Please remove any objects you have in the stairwell
Loose objects may not be placed in the stairwell since this
increases the risk for fire and makes evacuation and
extinguishing more difficult if a fire does occur. This means, for
example, that doormats, cartons, plants, bicycles and scooters
must not be placed in the stairwell. Loose objects may not be
placed in the stairwell even temporarily. This is in accordance
with the association’s rules and the recommendations from The
Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) concerning fire
safety in stairwells.

The only things that are allowed to be placed in the stairwell are
the undercarriages to children’s prams and strollers (the metal
stand, wheels and other non-removable parts) and rollators.
These must be placed where they don’t make evacuation more
difficult. Prams and strollers have precedence in the old
garbage rooms (on the right of the entrance to the stairwell).

If you have any objects in the stairwell then please
remove them at once!

Loose objects that remain will be removed
The association has the legal responsibility for fire safety. The
board has therefore instructed the caretaker to remove all
remaining objects from the stairwells, beginning the 31/1.

Objects so collected can be retrieved from the manager within
three months. The manager’s office is open between 08:00 and
09:00 on Wednesdays in even weeks.
